I live in Maryland and it’s literally been getting dark here at 4:30pm! The sun is nonexistent in the winter, especially this year, daylight savings hit us hard 🥶 at my last physical my doc told me I was low on VD, I only had to take it for 3 weeks but I know I’m not getting nearly enough sun or VD
